Voting with your wallet is the most powerful vote and the one Cryptic will listen to. Otherwise like in MW2 players boycott, they were filled with failure. They being of no character paid the money on day one of retail and ruined any chance from there on out of customer service.
The message is clear, complain all you want in the forums but if you don't stop paying them your hard eared $$$ they will just ignore you.
