friend of my enemy quest

hi, i dont know where and how i can get that quest. some one shared it with me, but it's showing as secondary quest, something about i'm not eligible to do the quest and receive the items. anyone know what part of quest chain (if it is) it's from?

    mission is to pu medical suppies at Chiron in Psi Velorium ,but you cannot get it until you are Commander 5+

    I am on this mission but stuck, it seems I am at the point of formulating a treatment but that last room with all of the terminals is no longer flashing the center console, how can I formulate the treatment without that console?

    One thing I noticed about this mission is that most of the sick NPCs are starfleet personel whereas the mission text makes a big deal about all of them being Romulan.

    I'm having the same problem. Anyone find a solution short of dropping the episode?

    I ended up having to drop and restart the episode. If you examine the Lab Console before the other two consoles the episode bugs out and you won't be able to interact with the Lab Console and manufacture the antidote.
