Hi I'm about to turn in pre-emptive strike, but I am wondering if there is a major difference between the weapons.
I have no idea what baseline stats are for captain weapons so I can't tell if the rifle is 'meh' or 'endgame uber'. The shield looks great, but I'd hate to be giving up a great captain's weapon.
Anyone know if the rifle is amazingly good at captain?
