where are hotkeys 11 and 12?

I noticed yesterday, having more powers now, that there are only 10 hotkeys per bar yet there are 12 keybinds. Is this an oversight or a bug? we will have at least 12 BO powers at admiral so i think that the extra 2 slots will come in handy.

    That topic was up a few pages before, and yep, I second the request to look into this issue. Soon a lot of players will be commander+ and missing those 6 slots badly.
