How do I trade from one of my Federation players to another?

    I tried the "mail", but you can't send items??

    You can, except for "bound" ones that are marked as "bind on equip/pickup".

    You have to use the mail consoles to send items, they are near bank consoles on most stations. (Exchange on Earth Space Dock.)

    You have to use the mail system in a starbase near the bank rather than just the one you can use anywhere.
