HELP Commander BO station

Hello i have just recently got my tier 4 cruiser and this has a commander engineering station, i have promoted both my engineering officers to commander and they both have max rank commander tier 4 skills, but on my ship assignments page the commander console does not show either of my 2 BO tier 4 skills when equipted in that station. this is a major bug and does anyone know how to fix it ?

Yes my BO are commander rank with max rank tier 4 skills
Yes im in a tier 4 ship that has a commander station not greyed out.

    I am having this exact same problem. Bother engineers are promoted and neither one gets it's commander ability.

    what ability is listed in thier skills window? some are bugged like aceton field and there is nothing you can do about it :(

    Same problem since before headstart. Cryptic seems to not give 2 flying craps. I recommend cancelling until they pull their out out of the sand.
