Lost character list

This has been the first time I have been able to log in since the beta, however now I don't have a character list, it's blank, and says I have four remaining slots. Has this happened to anyone else?

    After closed beta there was a server wipe and everyone lost their characters and Open Beta began. After Open Beta there was another server wipe and everyone had to start over for headstart and live. Happened to everyone.

    You'll need to start over fresh. We all had too. If this is the first time you're hearing of it then Im sure it comes as somewhat of a let down. Sorry about that. Its just the way it is.

    But you can play now and never have to worry about another wipe again. Everything you get you get to keep. So log in and get too it.

    beta characters are erased.
