Missions... where are they?

So, I have been playing a while now, and I find myself having to do the defend on a reg basis. I can't see to get more than 2 or 3 missions from an admiral NPC.. telling me to go here and do this, to earn this reward. I hit Commander last night, I have finished the only 2 missions that were not fleet actions, Defned, or patrol. Now I dont know where to go, or who to talk to to pick up some more, any help would be awesome.

    im at the same point tbh.. i see people post there captain this and admiral that but im commander 4 and i cant find any missions to do... ive done the sierra missions, ds9 ops gives me nothing.. and the defend mission in psi velorum is borked.. the reman timer is not working and the herogen takes u to fight uber hard fed mirror universe ships... where excatly do we go to progress... only mission i have in hail starfleet are the low level missions that award 50-100 skill poins and i need about 1.5k of them for just one rank .... :confused:

    If the missions youre talking about that offer 50-100 are from the Seirra officers then you might need to do them to continue. I myself grinded to get to Commander. And skiped alot of content missions, so now I have to go and do missions that dont offer me much because I didnt do them when I was supposed to.

    Try the Alpha Centaury System, The Starbase near the border. I got all my new patrol, explore, and more missions from there. Just turned Comm.
