Were is the Neutral zone?

It must be just me but I am finding it impossible to locate many of the places for my missions.

For example: the neutral zone... Not on any map that I can find.

I am also unable to find System Omicron psi 159 which is part of another mission.

Can someone tell me where these are, or better yet, tell me how you can find out where things are located if they do not show up on the galaxy map or the system map.

    The Neutral zone is the Eta Eridani sector block.

    Anytime you have a system with a randomly generated sounding name like Omicron psi 159, that's going to be an exploration mission inside a cluster. Just go into the Delta Volanis cluster and there should be a button in the bottom right to resume that mission.
