Let me rename my nickname! Its not unique right?

Since names are interchangeable and its only the "@accountname" that is unique, let me change both my character's name and nickname. Thanks. --and if this is only an issue with my character please let me know because I would really like to figure out how to change my nickname. (yes I have well over 3000 merit points).
