Anyone know location of char option files?

I changed alot of default options for my first character, rolled a 2nd one and have all default again. Has anyone found the save location file where I could copy it for each character? Or are these saved on the server?

    I think the settings are stored on the server, so no local access.
    There are only commands to save/load key-mappings /bind_save_file /bind_load_file

    /bind_save_file DefaultSpace.txt
    /bind_save_file DefaultGround.txt
    /bind_load_file DefaultSpace.txt
    /bind_load_file DefaultGround.txt


    I read there is also a command to save/load UI-settings but devs haven't it activated yet
