cutting off tool tip/hints/help window

did I miss somewhere in the option about this? been looking for a way to cut off the help tips(the orange window) as it's a pain when walking into the earth dock shipyard section. :confused:

gonna check again just to see if I overlooked it..

    I havent seen a way to turn that thing off either. Hopefully the UI will get a makeover soon and add in some options it badly needs right now.
