I really wanted to just post a quick thank you to the devs for this Tactical Ensign Power.
My favorite redshirt, Spike, uses this all the time. He says 'Drawing Fire!' then a target appears on him and he rolls around and sprints around. Then no one fires on him, and he doesn't even stop to shoot his phasers.
Myself and my friends are very amused by this behavior. Spike was promoted and has a Lt power he never uses, but that's ok because of the comedic value he provides to away teams.
