Request for update concerning Account Server.

Ok, its been several hours now without any update as to when we can expect a fix, infact cryptic has not even acknowledged the problem yet...

Please give us a update already, it bad enough that we had to wait for late day to get our keys, but not being able to actually use em when we finally get them Is frustrating.

    I'm sorry. They're too busy trying to maintain everything with the sudden influx of people to come here and respond to every thread.

    What I did was this: I tried to enter the code, and it said the server was down. I waited 15 minutes, went back to the Star Trek Online page, clicked Activate Code, put in code, and it worked.

    So, all I can say is to keep trying. And you might want to leave the page that says it's not working and go back again to force it to reset.
