Automated Defense Battery Shoots Metreon Gas

I am in Briar patch and the battery shoots at the gas...lol
Luckilly since they changed it, it only does 1% but I thought it was funny.

    Stuck at work for a few more hours yet. How much damage does the battery do, and what is the cooldown? Is it enough to take out things like power siphons and whatnot?

    its about 45 damage and at a rate of about 1 every 3 seconds (so not terribly fast) so should be enough for those little things thrown at you.

    It works really well against fighters/high yield plasma torps/Power Syphons

    The damage also scales with your energy weapon skills as well - mine does around 60 after maxing Energy weapon training

    Your flying to close to the gas pockets anyway :p

    its an okay console, with a range ~2.5/km but it might be 3/km Really good on a cruiser to keep your sights on a distant target and shoot down mines and torpedoes.
