For PvP: Think you can add a Faction / Team Chat and also include a Partipant's Window that shows all that's in the zone.
It would be nice to know if you're the only one on the team in the zone or there are others around.
For Deep Space and Fleet Actions, think you can make it zone-only chat? People use it to organize the movement of others and other zones chat / spam can be distracting.
