You can find most of the Trek scores on iTunes. They also have 3 albums for Next Gen, 1 for DS9, 1 for Voyager, and 2 or 3 "best ofs". My advise would be to look at the series albums first, because I think they're Album only, and you can then reduce the number of times you end up buying the Main themes.
Plus, it's an easy place to also pick up one specific Steppenwolf song that doesn't seem to be on the score of one film.

Basically I like anything that invokes an emotional response rather than generic atmospherics. The score is very fitting i'm sure but very little of it really stirs my blood.
