Romulan Pink Torpedo

Ok just a quick question. The Romulan Warbird fires a pink/purple torpedo that knocks ALL my systems out.... any idea what is it? And can i get it for my Escort?

    I'm pretty sure that's the "High Energy Plasma" ability or something along those lines. It's an actual BOff skill.

    Viral Matrix Science BO's can learn it, but it's fairly high level unless you get lucky with a blue BO candidate. A particular ship can only use it once against a particular ship. More than one D'deridex can each use it against you once though.

    Science team tier 1 BO ability nullifies it.
