The "Salvaged Relationships" mission will not complete. This has been broken since OB started, possibly earlier from what I've heard.

    would really love to have some kind of response from the devs when they get a chance. But, they are undoubtedly busier than any of us can imagine right now, so i will wait patiently and enjoy all the other awesome stuff in the meantime.
