lost game profile

When the open beta ended my profile and everything were gone. Is this correct and i have to start all over again? Has something gone wrong ? Is there any way to recover my info?

    Everything in open beta was wiped. Everything from headstart stays when it goes live. So yes you have to start again.

    If you mean your characters are gone, then it's correct. Open Beta was just for testing purposes not for levelling your character. If your account profile does not display your preorder or your subscription anymore, then something went horribly wrong and you should contact billing support.
