Explore mission Anomalies/Mission Objectives in a Hill

I /bugged this, but has anyone else noticed that sometimes in-mission anomalies and Mission Objectives sometimes spawn inside of a hill, making it impossible to complete the mission or retrieve the samples?

It's kind of annoying, especially when the anomaly is actually visible, but just below the plane of the ground and thereby forever out of reach.

    I've seen the anomalies inside the terrain but never the mission objective.

    If it happens then just beam up, go to sector space and drop the mission.

    I reported this as a bug for a mission where you have to claim some medical supplies. I assume they have recorded the issue and will look into it.;)

    Not only were my mission objectives in a hill, but the enemy NPCs and half of my away team as well.

    The enemy NPCs could shoot me through the landscape, but I couldn't even target them..

    Sad days indeed :(
