Is there an option or keybind to temporarily hide your interface? For optimal screenshots.

Actually, when you take a screenshot, the hud doesn't show up.

Shift+F12 is what you are looking for.

Is there an ingame way to take a screenshot? I've been using PrtScn, which doesn't hide my HuD. Also, unless I suck at key-pressing, Shift+F12 just let me rearrange my HuD, instead of hiding it.

    Alt+F12 hides the UI.
PrintScreen saves the current screen to your screen shots folder.
Try /screenshot_jpg and see if that does what you are looking for.

PrtScrn for me does not include the HUD.

What's the default keybind for taking a screenshot *with* the various windows shown?

I tried Shift+PrtScrn, Ctrl+PrtScrn, while Alt+PrtScrn creates a TGA file rather than JPG.
