Yep stilled bugged, oh well atleast we can actually scan the nodes now :rolleyes:. Oh and Cryptuc when you do finally get your finger out of your TRIBBLE and fix this mission properly, you might also want to change it so that those of us that have dropped the mission in our mission logs can go get the mission back from the mission commander in K7.
I have never had the mission work - open beta, headstart, any time. I've dropped it, regained it and tried more times than I remember. I opened a bug on this, and Cryptic's answer was to 'drop the mission, get it again, and try again.' I told them that doesn't work - no answer yet. I don't think it's going to be fixed anytime soon.
Agreed, how many broken missions are we going to have to deal with? No more excuses now. Beta is over, launch is here. Time to own up and fix these issues or admit that ST:O shipped in an unfinished state. Note that I said unfinished, not unplayable, or unacceptable. I can play and I'm still having fun, but dealing with content that isn't working properly just feels unprofessional. If I handed in something to my boss that wasn't finished, I'm not sure if I would have a job. There are always extenuating circumstances, but this is not the only non-working mission in the game.
I searched bugs and didn't find a match in mission bugs. I have never, in OB nor headstart nor now in release, had the quest show as completed despite numerous successes. I will submit a bug today and see what they say about it.

Yeah i definitely watched that last repair hub blow.... then my tactical officer comes onscreen to tell me what a great job i did... then...
... nothing, restart. Actually beat the darn thing 3 times.... I better get 3x the skill points!
It DID work, towards the end of OB, I have the distinct feeling that the headstart is a rollback version...
Hope that thuesday will be ST 1.0
