TOS Uniform Set

How can I access the TOS Uniform Set that came with the Digital Deluxe Edition I bought at Steam? I can't find them on the character creator screen.

    You have to wait till launch day on tuesday.

    You have to have the retail key first!!

    steam will probably email it to you around midnight.
