Make music player persistent

I like to play music while I’m playing, but it can be annoying to keep opening up the music player every time I load into a different area. Could it be made so that once it is open that it won’t be closed by zoning?

    I heartily second this request. I love the in game player but I am getting very sick of typing /winamp every time I zone.

    I've created a playlist for myself that contains a combination of music I want to hear while fighting and while traveling. I play it shuffled but on my second monitor I keep the playlist open so I can see what songs are in what order. When I am fighting I select a section of the playlist with good battle songs and while I am traveling I click forward or backward to put on some nice cruising music.

    The in game player allows me to do this easily without ever having to tab out of the game but it's seriously annoying to type /winamp every single time.

    I also fully support this wonderful request!!! This is one of my biggest "ugh"s when playing the game...that and the hassle of switching between team and fleet chat - but I digress...

    If we could have the option to "pin" it to the screen so that it loads after each map, that would be fantastic!

    Amen to that! Great feature, I hope they implement it sooner rather than later.

    I tend to agree to we need at least the ability to keep it up or let it auto close. Please and Thanks Devs!

    Yeah another agree here. It is very help for running iTunes in the back ground even if I do have keyboard controls. It is a real PITA to keep openning it.

    yes and let us just minimise it.

    Its not that evil to copy paste good ideas from other games (hello EVE)
