The servers have been down for quite sometime with very little information.
Here's what we should be informed of:
What went wrong?
Will we expect to see them online in the next 24 hours?
Will there be any compensation?
The servers maybe down for a long time and knowing why and how really decreases the amount of negativity on the forums. We can plan our day accordingly, rather than wait 25 minutes, come back and check, wait 25 minutes, come back and check. This creates hostility and wasted time.
