Saved uniforms

I have read there are uniforms that can be saved for Fleet use. Is there a way to have a personal set so your personal npc crew can match, somewhat. I do want to keep the traditional colors for each of my npc's crews specific roles and maybe some minor alterations from one role to the next. Perhaps, some slots for saved presets of uniforms so that when you get a new officer, if you chose to slightly alter your preset uniform you may do so as well.
