Where is the Special Envoy Title?

Those who are Forum Vets Pre-Beta, were supposed to get the Special Envoy title in-game when it went Live. But yet when I checked my title listing, it wasn't there.

So anyone of us Vets got the title yet?

    It's in the box where the crafting system is, currently forgotten behind Mr Zincywhatshisname's solid gold toilet he was able to purchase with his "rushed release" bonus.
