Please Fix Ground Based Auto Fire

Why is it that ground based autofire is disabled? For those of us that have problems with our hands like carple tunnel or arthritis now not only do we have to move our characters around on the ground but now we also have become a bunch of button mashers. I am sorry but I thought this was an MMO not a FPS. It is hard to get people new to gaming in to this if they have to bother with dozen of different simultaneous controls even while on the ground. The whole camera being independent from the character is hard enough for some people I have tried to get to play. Please fix ground based auto fire.
