Bug: Fleet Roster UI: Promotion of second toon on your acct

In the Roster, an officer or one of such permissions, can promote within the fleet by right clicking on a member. However, if that member is one of your toons on the same account, a different option list that does not allow you to promote is seen.

    Confirmed. Did you bug it? I planned to but haven't yet.
