No Borg male skin?

SystemSystem Member, NoReporting Posts: 178,019 Arc User
In the character editor the female borg have a borg infected skin, but the male characters do not. There is a borg skin, but it's exactly the same as the human skin. Or is this just me?

edit: That's weird, I just restarted the game, and now it's the other way around o_O

edit: it's one big mess... once a normal humanoid skin has been selected, the borg skins don't show up anymore... (as in, it's selectable, but the skin doesn't apply to the char)

edit: see http://stuff.digicrap.com/skindoesntapply.jpg for an example

I had to change the Head Type in the first field. There's an option for infected Borg in there. If you have a different head type selected, it won't allow you access to the Borg skin.

weren't the infected veins an option under complexion, and not skin?
i could have sworn it was like this in the morning.

Yeah, it's weird, I made a female borg and her skin was normal. When I made a male he had the infected skin. Also, I found some of the borg options didnt even seem to change the appearance of the character, so not sure what's going on there.

FYI, it wasn't like that yesterday. I was able to make a Borg male or female without any problems.
