Looking for the store

I been looking for awhile now, but cant seem to find the cryptic store for star trek online. I really feel dumb right now, as im sure its in plain sight.

Can anyone toss me a link to it please?

    I can assure you all that I do have clearance for this classified information.

    /clears throat "Joe sent me for the flowers in July for Rose" (I think that's the right phrase)

    there's a link in game under in teh triangle on your HUD. there's nothing in there right now.
