Torpedo Bug

This has been happening to me alot now, more so than in OB. When I am firing a torpedo at the edge of its cone, sometimes it will start the cooldown like I fired but no torpedo is actually fired. This happens with the Torpedo Volley skill too. It will remove the effect and start cool down but no torpedos fire. I have had it happen that with torpedo volley, the first one will fire but it won't fire any of the rest. There seems to be some kind of bug with calculating whether something is within a cone of fire or not.
