Suggestion: Possibility to clone & save uniforms for Bridge Officers

When you are running a military vessel, you expect that everyone under your command uses military uniforms which look the same. And when you have free hands on picking such uniform, a captain chooses a best match for his ship and crew.

Now the problem with STO Bridge officer wardrobe is just that. The captain needs to hand pick every item in Bridge officers warddrobe and there is no possiblity to save the uniform details. When the 486th Bridge officer joins the ship, the captain again takes needle and thread and knits the uniform.

Would be really helpfull if one could save the custom uniform templates for Male/Female Tactical/Science/Engineer. Then we could spend time on finalizing the outfit and just copy the results to rest of the team...

Please include as soon as possible, preferably after autofire.

    I was about to post the same thing. I thought after seeing the Save button added, that it was already there, but it saves the entire character, not just the uniform.

    This would be nice.

    I want to be able to copy/paste my uniforms on other officers with out having to make all of my BOFs into clones...... Ironic really when the point of uniforms is to remove individuality.

    I Don't care what species the officers are or what sex they are, or how they look.

    I just want to copy and edit "THE UNIFORM ONLY"

    This is a feature I plan to add to my Costume rename tool. Going to take me a little time though, because I need savefiles for pretty much every race to get an idea of Cryptic's costume piece naming convention.

    Nice that we can save uniforms. Not nice that they are race-specific.
