No level 6 BoFF awarded from mission

When I hit lvl 6 today I received a mission to get a new BoFF. I clicked my officer and completed the mission, but no officer appeared in my assignments section to commission...

    Same, happened in OB too.

    It's a bug, so bug it. It happens to everyone. I go to the station to get my personnel in person in order to avoid the problem.
