Can you redeem it for more than one character? As in, can every character have it?

I entered mine at http://startrekonline.com/deltaco and was able to get it from the C-Store in beta, don't have a preorder key so don't know if that still works!

Then you should be able to log in to the game and visit the C-Store and claim the shuttle.

the shuttle can only be claimed 1 time per character.

1 time per character? Meaning you can pick it up on all of your created characters from one code?

Correct. If you have three characters, all three can claim their own shuttlecraft.

All preorder or promotional bonus items work like this.

Don't get too excited, the shuttle has so many restrictions on it its not even worth owning it.
    • The shuttle takes up a device slot
    • It never follows behind you, as it can never keep up.
    • As soon as you enter combat it disappears.
    • You cant summon it in sector space.

I just wanted the stupid thing to fly around my ship doing circles and what not, but as it is....just sigh...:( Disheartening thing is that it is such a disappointment after i sold myself out to get a code from some one. Oh well, better to have it and not want it, then to want it and not have it.:D

pretty lame tbh.. it should just stay in your inventory and once you "use" it, it stays active all the time

It should just be a power that gets added to your list when you click the redeem button from the c-store. Then when ever you activate it, it spawns a little shuttle that flys next to your ship. I still have no idea why the hell they would program it to disappear as soon as combat started.:(

Disappearing during combat actually makes sense. A shuttle would dock in that situation and not stay exposed if at all possible.

Yes all the above reasons make sense if it was a real shuttle, but its just a silly pet that is their for no other reason then to make your ship look cool and different then the rest of the peoples ships. Its a little hard to show it off when practically every dam thing you do makes it disappear.

I could only claim it on my first character, when I try to claim it on alts I get "Unable to complete transaction (reason not specified)."
