    I am also having the same issues and my Lifetime was confirmed on Jan 25th (Monday)

    On the 25th. got the order email back on that day.

    Rekhan . . . I have said this many times. It is like you are not listening. Me and three other fleet members of mine who have had Life Time subs, exited and even turned off their computers, check C-Store tried creating new characters and everything still do not have their Liberated Borg Characters.

    This is still an issue.

    We all bought our Lifetime subs over 3 or four days ago.
    We all only have 2 character slots.
    We all submitted tickets.

    Hello.. .Cryptic... are you there??

    admin msg was bcasted in game that they were moved out of the store.. and to just log in and log out and click make new char...

    This does not work 100s and 1000s of people are screaming on the forums in game that they are still broken

    I'm a LT sub and I have only 2 slots and no borg option.. the caracter server is not seeing my LT sub from the acct server

    I LT Subbed over 10 days ago

    I purchased mine on the 27th. Also I can't make a support ticket to report the problem as Coderanger suggested.

    When were the purchases for the sub for everyone else that is not able to access Borg right now? Maybe it's a bigger window than the 24 hour that was mentioned. Does the lifetime sub show up in your account on the site here?

    Purchased 1/27 and I have logged out of game and back in almost 10 times, had a ticket in over an hour, and even reset the PC.

    Still nothing.

    Would love to start with my main. :-/

    Purchased my lifetime Monday. Relogged. Closed/reopened. Even rebooted. Still no Borg. I've been trying for a couple hours now.

    Lifetime shows up on my account. I've also created an in-game ticket.

    yes it does.

    Im wondering if somehow it got bugged, and all of us with the same problem have the "other" lifetime account, the one that comes out after the 2nd, costs $300 gives lifetime, but no extra character slots or borg captian.
