Liberated Borg Human is AVALABLE

Just logged in and went to character creation dialog. Among the races is liberated borg human. I didn't add it from cryptic store, so they must have auto-assigned it to lifetimers. I know this option wasn't there an hour or so ago when I went to play Mass Effect 2.
