Amazon UK pre order problems.

So I read through the forums and people were saying that the beta keys would work during the "grace period" of course none of this was from official sources that I could find.
Can anyone clarify whats going ? I have preordered from Amazon in the UK but I havent received a headstart key, I was in the open beta, but I currently cannot log into the game.

    Headstart for UK shouild have been 6pm Fri 29th? your post suggests you were early? just a thought, :)
