Proportions of the new spacedock correct?

The proportions of the ESD on the test server don’t seem correct to me. See added pics: Even from a top-down view (which makes objects appear shorter in the vertical dimension), it’s clear that the upper and lower tapering antennas are much longer relative to the core section than what is seen in the version on the test server. And the middle part seems a bit too big... What do you think?!py7rx6n70jx0.jpeg

I think I found the original draft on the Internet and would therefore like to ask naively: Who can explain what went wrong from the grandiose and coherent basic draft (below) to the final result (above)?

This is slightly off topic, but
Internally several doors are missing from the exchange, armory, quinns office, both sides of the shipyard where the chairs are.
oh and biggest issue of all, the memorial is on the mazine which we lost access to when you removed deck 83.
deck 83 and the mazizne are two separate entries on the turbolift selection window.

I think these major things will definitely be corrected before the new ESD goes live!

But as far as the proportions on the outside are concerned, the designer has written, as you can read on bluesky, that he does not want to make any further changes due to a lack of time and desire (!). Doesn't sound particularly customer-friendly... See:

Unfortunately, the post you replied to says it’s blocked, but that might be because I don’t have an account on Bluesky as I’m social media averse in general. I have to say though, based on what I can see, I can understand Tumerboy’s reaction, as it comes across as being something of a lecture about the quality of his work, even if that wasn’t your intention.

If he was here on the forum, I’d start out by asking him if he had access to the screenshots I’ve found that highlight some of the details that appear to still be missing from the pods, because finding screenshots showing all the details will have been impossible given how much of the station either goes completely unseen, or is only glimpsed in fast moving shots.

Frankly, given he didn’t have access to the model from the show, I think it’s a bloody brilliant recreation.

I think the proportions are okay, its just that in the show and the particular shot, the station is placed in slightly angle/tilt. Its a perception from sight of line, I believe.

Just checked in the tribble, so it seems fine to me.
