Questions About Warfare Specialists and Their Enemies

Hello!

I have a couple of questions to ask. And I'd like to use Dlyrene as an example.
But it would be fair to mention that my questions refer both to Space Warfare Specialists — Space and Ground Warfare Specialists — Ground. So my questions about Neal Falconer, for example, would be the same.

1. Does he help to deal damage to the Borg only?
2. Does the phrase +10% All Damage mean that this damage is dealt to the Borg only?

Yes, Neal Falconer deals the extra 5% damage to the Borg only. You slot him in an active ground slot, but the extra Borg damage applies to space as well as ground. Dylrene will give you 10% extra damage to Borg, but only in space. All damage means both weapon based damage and non-weapon damage is affected.

If you have a Gamma Recruit, completing the Dominion transponder goal to get six of your duty officer commendations up to Rank 4 will allow you to claim a gold Warfare Master, Elder Malik'itan on all your characters.
