Quality of Life Suggestion: T5-U Negh'var Retrofit and T6 Legendary Negh'var

For context, the Negh'var seems to be in the same grouping as the Galaxy and D'Deridex for their respective factions. The T4 Galaxy Exploration Cruiser and T4 D'deridex Warbird Battle Cruiser both have T5 upgradeable and T6 and Legendary variants (T5-U Galaxy Exploration Cruiser Retrofit/T5-U D'deridex Warbird Battle Cruiser Retrofit, T6 Andromeda Exploration Cruiser/T6 D'Khellra Warbird Battlecruiser, T6 Legendary Command Exploration Cruiser/T6 Legendary D'Deridex Miracle Worker Warbird Battlecruiser).
My question is: why doesn't the Negh'var have the same variants? The Negh'var may not be a T4 ship (it's actually a T5 non-upgradeable), but it does have a T6 c-store variant. Why isn't there a T5-U Negh'var Heavy Battlecruiser Retrofit and a T6 Legendary Negh'var (insert specialization) Heavy Battlecruiser?
The reason why I group the Negh'var with the Galaxy and D'deridex is because all 3 of their T6 variants have identical consoles and starship traits (Console - Molecular Cohesion Nullifier, and Starship Trait - Explosive Polarity Shift), and all 3 T6 variants were part of a singular c-store bundle. I would have thought that, since the Galaxy and D'deridex both have T5-U, T6 and Legendary T6 variants, why not the Negh'var?

Now, the T5 version of the Negh'Var isn't upgradable to T5-U, but there is a possible T5-U Negh'Var if you really wanted one. This can then be made T5-X or T5-X2.
As for a T6 Legendary Negh'Var, I think it's just a matter of time before it appears...
I was really hoping to avoid fleet ships; I was hoping for a 2500 zen ship one can just purchase from the zen store, and to be able to reclaim it again and again, just like the other zen store ships.
