Quality of Life Suggestion: Discontinue Dedicated/Rep Oufits; move Assets to Uniform/Off-Duty

One thing that always bugged me is that I cannot mix and match parts from the Reputation outfits and other unlocked outfit sets, since most of them are in dedicated outfit tabs, especially in the case of the Terran Medical Labcoat.
I would love for all of the assets in these dedicated outfit tabs (such as Reputation and other specific outfit sets) to be transferred to both Uniform AND Off-Duty tabs.
I see some Klingon NPCs with Honor Guard shoulder pads on their Klingon uniforms, yet I cannot make the outfit on my own characters. I never liked this restriction.

The Tailor is quite slow and buggy enough - especially on Consoles - and Uniform and Off-Duty are big enough categories already without having a ton more outfit parts added to them.
However, for those who wish to endure the slow load times, I would definitely support the addition of an "All" category which has every single costume piece except Beachwear and Dance Wear!
