Filter DOFF by Assignment and Display Current Rank in assignment header

Players should be able to filter all DOFF assignments by Class and by Rank. Also display the current Rank of a specific class on the main header (e.g. where is says Trade and gives a list of trade assignment, the current Rank of Trade should appear in the header).

Clearly displaying the Rank and adding a filter would make it much easier for players attempting to complete certain classes rather than flip-flopping between the DOFF and Overview dialogs.
