Which trait of these for a BO build?

Running a BO build with Superweapon Inginuity. Which of the following haste traits is the worst? (I only have space for two of them)

Emergency Weapon cycle
Calm before the storm
Overpowered and overgunned

That is a lot of moving pieces that would factor in other parts of your build.

Since there aren't any parsers for console perhaps a damage calculator might come in handy ?

I'd give the Trinity DPS calculator in the right sidebar a try..
