Can we QA things better?

(Trolling comments moderated out. - BMR) Oh, and the Dimensional Hypermass torpedo still isn't fixed(or the Herald Transphasic either)... On that note, I've never understood the problem with upgrading the Herald torp. The main proc doesn't upgrade(or shouldn't) and the other additional procs don't effect the possible added energy damage either. And, its Not an energy torp, so only the kinetic damage is upgraded. Nothing else.

    This isn't any kind of useful bug report. thread /moved. This is an insulting complaint thread, not even useful for discussion. /thread

    If you want to file a proper bug report then do so. Need help? There's a stickied thread in the Bug Reports subforum telling you exactly what info the devs need to solve reported bugs.
