New experimental weapon or console for an older legendary ship

Hi I am wondering could we get an update on the Legendary Tliss warbird. In the debut episode it shows up in it uses chaff to try and mislead that it's been destroyed. Could it be possible for the Legendary Tliss to get a console that throws debris animations and activates the ships cloak( or gives a temporary immunity plus sensor jamming on non cloak ships), or an experimental weapon that auto targets ships and fires a Torpedo that can do a similar effect that the Galaxy class antimatter spread console can do. Sorry for a request for one ship but it's a detail I thought should be on a legendary ship.
