Devs, please consider reducing the persistence of the various party toys

in particular, the ones that shoot balloons everywhere. can't seem to do the dance event without some 2-3 people burying the dance floor in balloons that stay the entire event. balloons should expire 1. after x amount are created, or and 2. expire after 30 seconds. IMO the guns are as annoying if not more annoying as the disco balls
