Have I missed a free giveaway weapon (console)

I heard rumour that there was a changeling? rifle giveaway. Has it happened yet? Don't see anything in the promotions tab or in the store. Many thanks in advance.

There was a pack on Xbox with a Changeling auto rifle and captain upgrade token. Located in the Microsoft store. From what I've gathered it hasn't made its way to the PlayStation store yet.

Update: For some reason the English version of the Playstation store doesn't have the pack. However, the German version does.

Looks like the North American stores are missing it. Tried switching to US and Canada versions and it gave an error message.
