Legendary Crossfield Refit idea/suggestion

With the end of Discovery it would be cool if a new legendary Crossfield were to come out to celebrate the show as well as make the refit version account wide and more accessible. Light spoilers for Discovery's finale ahead so boldly go ahead if you're ready.
Legendary Crossfield Refit Concept
Burnham/Discovery/Zora Class
Design

-The design for this ship can be one of the Discovery A's pre-production designs by Ryan Dening to resemble a Crossfield class that was built from the ground up in the 32nd Century instead of being built around millennia old technology. Images below are from the NCC-1031-A special issue from Eaglemoss' Discovery A model. (Pictures below) For the console idea I had in mind the one I would settle on is the 2nd to last design, which included a separated neck. Of course Discovery A can separate the saucer even with a connected neck so it's not too big of a deal.
  • Comes with 32c Refit phasers and Quantum Torpedoes by default
  • Able to equip heavy dual energy weapons
  • Sec Deflector
  • Aux system targeting
  • Sensor Scanning
  • 32nd Century Fed. Cloak
Comes equipped with:
  • Mycelium Ambush (Lorca Maneuver) from the OG Crossfield
  • Weaponized Helical Torsion from the Mirror Crossfield destroyer
  • Kwejian Assault Craft from the Crossfield Refit
  • Quantum Entangled Mycelial Trap (Burnham Maneuver)
  • -Saucer section floats away from the body then both sections spore jump towards an enemy; the saucer landing above and the Star Drive landing underneath the enemy. Both halves start spinning and cause mycelial lightning to arc through the enemy ship causing electrical and exotic damage. If the enemy survives for 10 seconds, they will suddenly spore jump away to a random location in a 15km radius and become disabled. The player ship will then become able to move again before the saucer jumps back into place above the stardrive.
  • --If the saucer is already separated via Saucer Separation the move begins right away and the saucer will stay separated after it finishes.
  • --If ship is any Crossfield without the floating neck enabled, the saucer will separate from the neck thus causing the ability to take slightly longer to initiate and finish.
  • --If the ship isn’t a Crossfield variant, a mycelial clone will appear under the enemy instead, similar to how Mycelium Ambush and Black Alert work.
  • Saucer Separation
  • -Allows the Crossfield's saucer to separate and become an ally who fights with you
  • --The saucer has less shield than the body
  • --If used on a ship with floating neck enabled, the separation takes less time than one with an attached neck.
  • --Can only be equipped on any Crossfield/Glenn Variant. Separate from the Galaxy class exclusive saucer separation console.
Trait
  • Previous tier 5/6 traits
  • Tier 6: Echoes of the Sphere
  • -Low chance for an AOE confusion blast on using control or science abilities. Overload enemy ships by bombarding their systems with fragments of the Sphere data, causing them to become unable to act, attack, use abilities, or stop from moving their current trajectory, as well as
  • -Also, a chance to gain ability cooldown reductions when taking a large amount of damage at once (Half of a shield facing or about 20% of hull damage). The sphere data will take over some of the ship systems to efficiently repair the ship and retaliate in kind.
  • Account wide Trait: Why the Funny Face?
  • -When using distress calls or Fleet Ability, there’s a chance that Discovery controlled by Zora will appear from a temporal portal to assist you in battle for 60 seconds. She will attack opponents as well as do hull and shield healing to you. After this she will leave via another time portal to return to her lonely vigil waiting for Craft. Zora can also be heard talking, similar to the Kobayashi Maru.
  • --Can only happen once every 3 minutes.
Unique quirks
  • Forces the Discovery warp effect to be used similar to the Section 31 ships or Janeway class.
  • Spore Drive transwarp
  • Access to Discovery era and 32nd century ship skins
  • Unlocks all past Crossfield costumes.
  • Also adds ability to enable/disable floating parts via different options in customization. (Ex. “Crossfield Refit (Closed Shuttlebay) (Detached Nacelles)” and “Crossfield Refit (Closed Shuttlebay) (Attached Nacelles)” in body options.)

It will never be a 5/4. It's a Science vessel foremost, so will be a 4/3, and it will not have those seats either.

New hull parts will always be welcomed though.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

Do we need a second legendary of a ship? No

Do we need a totally broken and massively overpowered ship like this in game? Hell no
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power

Removed those parts. Safe to say I haven't got an idea of balancing the game.
